Job Summary We're seeking an experienced LVN to work in our Remote Patient Monitoring program. As a Remote Patient Monitoring LVN, you'll be responsible for reviewing and analyzing patient data, monitoring vital signs, and providing guidance to patients via phone. You'll work in a flexible, remote environment, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze incoming patient data, including vital signs, symptoms, and other relevant health indicators Identify and address any critical or out-of-range readings promptly and escalate as necessary according to established protocols Monitor patients' vital signs and health data remotely using specialized monitoring equipment and software Communicate with patients via phone to discuss their health status and provide guidance as needed Explain medical terminology and procedures in an understandable manner, ensuring patients are informed and engaged in their healthcare management Address patient concerns and questions promptly, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary Manage a significant volume of patient calls within established timelines Work towards achieving personal and team performance metrics Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment Maintain the Nsight culture of positivity Other cross-training LVN duties as assigned Requirements Essential Qualifications Active Compact LVN/LPN License: You must have an active LVN/LPN license in a compact state. Passion for Patient Care: You should be passionate about patient care, possessing the ability to relate with empathy and compassion. A passion for patient teaching is a must. Quiet, HIPAA-Safe Workspace: You must have a quiet, HIPAA-safe space to work from. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring: Experience in remote patient monitoring or a similar field is preferred. Medical Specialty: Experience in one or more of the following medical specialties is beneficial: Cardiology, Dialysis, Geriatrics, Home Health, Internal Medicine, Medical-Surgical, Neurology, or Primary Care. Skills and Competencies Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills: You should be proficient in using specialized monitoring equipment and software. Analytical Skills: You should have strong analytical skills to review and analyze patient data. Time Management Skills: You should be able to manage a significant volume of patient calls within established timelines.
