Job Summary As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients through live chats, and providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. You'll be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting a positive and lasting experience. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that every interaction is informative and engaging. Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services, highlighting their benefits and features. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting Blithequark's values and mission. Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with tasks and duties as needed. May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or customer service experience preferred. Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or phone-based environment. Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Familiarity with CRM tools and software; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Ability to adapt to different personalities, demonstrating empathy and understanding in interactions with clients. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment. Familiarity with Blithequark's products and services; experience in a similar industry. Certification in customer service or a related field; commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
