Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Live Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and solutions. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, using strong written and verbal communication skills. Promote interest in client products and services, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving engagement. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset. Portray and project a positive and professional image, representing blithequark and our clients in a professional and courteous manner. Provide administrative support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment. Keyboarding and internet experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Upbeat, positive attitude, and professional demeanor, with the ability to compose professional emails and communicate effectively with customers. Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role, with experience in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple incoming requests for information and staying calm under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices. Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline. Knowledge of industry-specific products or services, with the ability to provide informed support and solutions.
