Job Summary As a Remote Data Entry Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings, and interfacing with various teams to ensure seamless operations. You will work independently in a remote setting, using your excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of productivity. Key Responsibilities: Input data at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines. Accurately process customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines. Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams. Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader. Carry out duties deemed necessary by blithequark management. Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures. Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS. Use the system to verify customer records. Set up DCS screens. Transmit data to customers. Research and resolve system data issues. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Computer with internet access. Quiet workspace away from distractions. Ability to work independently in a remote setting without immediate supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. Good customer service behaviors. Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization. Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills. IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Data entry or administrative assistant experience (not required but can be a bonus). Background in healthcare, warehousing, delivery driving, customer service, or a related field. Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role.
