Job Responsibilities: What to Expect As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Acting as the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing timely and effective support. Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently. Logging and documenting participant conversations and issues, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up. Providing real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions. Qualifications: What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous Open Enrollment Experience: Preferred, but not required, experience in open enrollment or a related field. Proficiency in Computer Software Packages: Strong skills in HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. Knowledge of Renewing Health and Benefits Plans: Familiarity with health and benefits plans, including the ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates.
