Customer Support (20%): Provide exceptional customer care, building affinity and trust to meet and exceed sales targets and call quality requirements. Handle customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. THD Process and Policy (20%): Identify and address customer, contractor, and Home Depot partner issues promptly, ensuring a smooth sales process and exceptional customer experience.
