A Day in the Life of a Remote Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be on the front lines of our customer service operations, working with various stakeholders in the healthcare community, including healthcare providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. You will be trained on multiple client programs and will transition between various programs throughout your day.
