About the Role: Customer Service Representative As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our clients, providing top-notch support across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone. You'll work with a diverse range of e-commerce brands, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely resolutions. Our ideal candidate is not only fluent in English but also possesses excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer service tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality solutions. Utilize client platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, to manage customer interactions (training provided). Provide phone support for clients who require it, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Perform basic administrative tasks as required by clients. Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in responses. Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customer complaints or issues. Work within US timezones (PST, CST, EST) to ensure seamless support. Familiarity with e-commerce brands and their products. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
