As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary travel documentation. Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes, utilizing our computer systems to efficiently resolve issues. Operate loading bridges, open, close, and secure aircraft doors, and escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport. Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling luggage that may weigh up to 70 pounds. Work varying shifts, including early morning, overnight, and weekends, based on operational needs and seniority. What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Basic digital literacy and the ability to navigate our computer systems. The ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment. A minimum age of 18 years and authorization to work in the United States. A strong commitment to safety, security, and customer satisfaction.
