Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or in a similar role. You will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a remote team. Strong analytical skills and project management abilities are essential, as is a driven and hardworking attitude.
