Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and experienced adjunct faculty members to join our team of educators in designing and teaching courses for our 100% online Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate program. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education. As a remote adjunct faculty member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided you have daily access to high-speed internet and a computer with a camera. Key Responsibilities Design and teach online courses for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate program, utilizing the Canvas course management system Develop engaging and interactive course materials that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and cater to the needs of a diverse student population Provide high-quality instruction and support to students, ensuring that they receive an exceptional learning experience Utilize technology to facilitate online learning, including video conferencing tools, online discussion forums, and multimedia resources Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to ensure that courses are aligned with the program's learning objectives and outcomes Participate in faculty development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in online education Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess a terminal degree (e.g., PhD, JD) in a relevant discipline, such as Organizational Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Psychology, Sociology, Women's and Gender Studies, or Educational Leadership.
