You will manage rapidly changing business needs and interact with product managers and specialists to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions Develop and implement predictive models that drive business growth and improve product performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems Perform complex statistical analysis on non-routine issues and provide insights to stakeholders Manage rapidly changing business needs and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Interact with product managers and specialists to understand business requirements and develop solutions Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and predictive modeling Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) 3+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence Strong proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with experimental design and managed/solo AI approaches for regression and classification tasks Experience working with media data and transforming it into variables/data outlines for portrayal purposes Experience leading quantitative analyses to drive business change or improvement Understanding of Bayesian modeling structure Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Google, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
