Job Overview: Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our cutting-edge AdTech engineering team as a Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity. In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of our customer identity framework across AdTech platforms, architecting an innovative identity solution that enhances personalized customer experiences and drives targeted marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a comprehensive customer identity framework tailored to our organization's vision and goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems. Apply solutions like customer data platforms and identity graphs to create unified customer profiles and enhance personalization efforts. Implement universal identifiers like UID 2.0, Match, and cookie ID to improve data interoperability and identity resolution. Develop strategies to collect, manage, and leverage customer data effectively while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Programming, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in an information technology solutions architecture role. 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management. Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale ad delivery systems. In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity graphs, and universal identifiers. Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing. Experience with data optimization techniques and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Experience with data analytics tools for performance monitoring and optimization. Previous experience in architecting solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Programming preferred. Working experience ideally in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment. Data Clean Room experience is a plus. Experience with online customer data privacy and security - including standard processes, and Consent/Identity Management tools. What We Offer The salary range for this position is $132,000 to $193,600, depending on job-related, non-biased factors like experience, education, and skills.
