Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of FedEx, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services, rates, and delivery options. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information about FedEx services, rates, and delivery options. Assist customers with tracking packages and resolving issues: Help customers track their packages, schedule deliveries, and resolve any shipping-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide accurate and timely information: Stay up-to-date on FedEx policies, procedures, and service updates to provide accurate information to customers. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues: Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure swift resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and transactions: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company's database to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. Collaborate with other team members and departments: Work with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. Stay informed about FedEx policies and procedures: Stay up-to-date on FedEx policies, procedures, and service updates to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service. Previous customer service experience: While not required, previous customer service experience is preferred, as it will help you understand the needs and expectations of our customers.
