Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including: Online data entry work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work Product and service reviews, providing valuable feedback to our clients Surveys and other online tasks, contributing to the success of our market research projects Email customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner using our online ticket response system Utilizing best-answer templates to communicate with our clients and provide excellent customer service You will be working independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection. We require a PC/MAC that is no more than 3-4 years old, and you will be responsible for ensuring that your equipment meets our technical requirements.
