Role Overview As our first Marketing Coordinator / Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us reach and connect with more of our people. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and building relationships with our customers and partners. If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for marketing, writing, and people, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities As our Marketing Coordinator / Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Developing and executing our social media strategy to connect with our customers and partners Writing and editing blog articles, social media posts, and other content to engage our audience Pitching and writing guest articles, mentions, and quotes to build our brand and authority Interviewing our customers and developing case studies to showcase their success Running outreach campaigns, personalizing and optimizing to drive results Welcoming new customers and getting to know them to build strong relationships Tracking marketing performance and running reports to measure our success Additional Projects and Opportunities As our Marketing Coordinator / Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll also have the opportunity to take on additional projects and responsibilities, including: Pitching new ideas for marketing projects and customer growth initiatives Creating new guides, ebooks, workshops, and other educational content to help our customers succeed Building marketing automations to streamline our processes and improve efficiency Producing video content to engage our audience and showcase our brand Hosting podcast interviews and other live events to build relationships and drive engagement Organizing virtual or in-person meetups to connect with our customers and partners What We're Looking For We're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator / Social Media & Content Specialist who is passionate about marketing, writing, and people.
