Escalate serious complaints or complex issues to the relevant teams or managers, ensuring that customers receive the appropriate support. Collaborate with colleagues and managers to find effective solutions to customer problems, enhancing our overall customer service experience. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need: A high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is advantageous. Practical experience with help desk software (such as Zendesk) and CRM software (such as Salesforce Sales Cloud) is desirable. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, though not essential; we're committed to training the right candidate.
