Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is advantageous. Practical experience with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud) is desirable. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, although not essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Superb written and verbal communication skills.
