Key Responsibilities Source and recruit top talent for Senior Manual QA Engineer positions, focusing on candidates with 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing. Conduct thorough evaluations of candidate profiles, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural alignment with our clients' organizations. Presentation of shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and the value they can bring to the role. Maintain open communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following roles: Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Sourcer. A proven track record in tech and IT recruitment, with a focus on software QA roles. A strong network in the QA and software testing industry, with the ability to leverage this network to source top talent. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with a variety of recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
