About Our Team and the Role Our team is dedicated to maintaining a secure operating environment and upholding the trust of our clients and stakeholders. We're seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing our protection and governance posture. As an IAM Developer at blithequark, you'll work closely with world-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit our scalable and agile structure. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IdentityIQ (IIQ). Manage and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Leverage SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge to drive security and governance initiatives. Implement JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements, and ensure compliance with security standards. Utilize WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize application onboarding and enhance security. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong exposure to average identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation. Experience with change deployment/release management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc., with a strong understanding of their applications in IAM. A positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to adapt to evolving security landscapes and business needs. You can meet the minimum qualifications through: Option 1: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Option 2: 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy: Advanced knowledge of SailPoint implementation and IAM domain best practices. Experience with cloud transformation and security initiatives. A strong understanding of security and governance principles, with a focus on mitigating attack risks.
