About the Role We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You will work with world-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ Install, manage, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment Implement SailPoint with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements Utilize knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you should have: Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation Strong experience with trade deployment/release management experience Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, etc. A tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and security Essential Qualifications The following are the required minimum qualifications for this function: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area Option 2: 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area Additional years of experience in IAM development, SailPoint implementation, or a related field Certifications in IAM, cybersecurity, or a related area Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
