Join Our Team: HVAC Apprentice Opportunity Hall's Development/Offices Group, a part of the Hobby Lobby family, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Apprentice to join our team in California. As an HVAC Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our facilities team by providing on-site preventive maintenance and repair services for our commercial HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities Assist with on-site preventive maintenance on equipment such as RTUs, air handlers, rack warmers, and exhaust fans. Perform various repairs and follow instructions to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues. Work collaboratively with the facilities team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a team-based environment. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: Experience in commercial HVAC service and installation. Strong written and oral communication skills. A valid Driver's license. The ability to work in a team-based environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Previous experience working in a commercial HVAC environment. Knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Experience working with a variety of HVAC equipment, including RTUs, air handlers, and rack warmers. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work at heights and use ladders or step stools.
