Key Responsibilities Handle Travel Advisor phone calls, chats, questions, and requests, including adding and releasing inventory, modifications, and finalizations. Own cases and tasks, ensuring effective and efficient completion as a Point of Delivery (POD). Communicate with various teams, suppliers, and Travel Advisors to resolve issues and provide outstanding service. Monitor Room Lists, Final Countdown Letters, and assign the Queue as needed to ensure seamless operations. Strive to grow repeat business by building customer rapport and delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with service team members and team leaders to meet team expectations and suggest process improvements. Perform other duties and special projects as required or assigned by leadership. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Groups Service Specialist at ALG Vacations, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a travel or hospitality industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools, including Excel, Word, TEAMS, and PowerPoint. Experience using CRM tools to manage business and customer interactions. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Great technology skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to travel up to 5% domestically or internationally.
