Your responsibilities will include: * Tracking order statuses (delivered, canceled, pending) on the CURE platform and updating records on Slack * Communicating with partners in Germany through Slack and phone calls * Following up on canceled orders, ensuring timely communication and recording any issues * Updating order statuses and taking corrective actions if issues arise * Participating in a 3-day paid training phase to get acquainted with the CURE platform and procedures * Performing additional tasks as required by our partner, maintaining proactive and professional communication **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills in German.
