Job Summary We're looking for an exceptional Systems Integration Leader to oversee the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless communication between different software applications and technologies. As a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to our IT teams and external vendors. Your expertise in system integration, cloud technologies, and IT project management will be invaluable in driving our projects forward. Key Responsibilities System Integration Solutions: Design and implement integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring efficient data exchange and communication between different applications and technologies. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors on integration projects, ensuring compliance with IT methodologies and best practices. Project Management: Oversee the management of integration projects, including monitoring progress, ensuring timely delivery, and managing budgets. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements, deliverables, and timelines, and that documentation is provided in the required formats. IT Framework Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT development frameworks, such as IT AD, and maintain high-quality deliverables from vendors. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to IT teams on integration technologies, services, and architectures, including SOA, APIs, microservices, and web services. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in system integration or development for web services, with 3 years of experience in leading or coordinating IT projects, specifically in data integration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration technologies, services web, APIs, microservices, and SOA architecture. Language Skills: Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal. Collaboration and Teamwork: A strong focus on collaboration and teamwork, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: SAP Experience: Experience working with SAP systems and technologies. Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud technologies and their applications in system integration. ITIL Certification: ITIL certification or equivalent experience in IT service management.
