Job Summary We are seeking experienced IONM neurologists to join our team of remote readers. As a full-time remote IONM neurologist, you will work closely with surgeons to provide intraoperative neuromonitoring services and neurologist oversight activities during invasive surgeries. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading large remote IONM company and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities As a remote IONM neurologist, your primary responsibilities will include: Intraoperative Neuromonitoring: Provide real-time monitoring and interpretation of patient data during surgery. Neurologist Oversight: Offer expert guidance and oversight to surgeons and technologists during surgical procedures. Patient Care: Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Communication: Effectively communicate with surgeons, technologists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: Medical License: Hold a valid medical license in good standing. ABPN Board Certification or Board Eligibility: Be ABPN board certified or board eligible in neurology. IONM Experience: Have experience in intraoperative neuromonitoring services. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Remote IONM: Have experience working in a remote IONM setting. Familiarity with IONM Technology: Be familiar with IONM technology and equipment. Strong Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills and experience. Work Schedule and Benefits As a full-time remote IONM neurologist, you will work a 4-day week, with one day of call and the next day off.
