Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing and resolving their questions and issues while providing an outstanding customer experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders. Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and help new customers with placing new orders online. Respond to emails and address questions and concerns from customers, internal department queries relating to orders or payment on orders, and process servers in the field. Document issues in Confluence to ensure accurate record-keeping and facilitate collaboration across teams. Visit court dockets for information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers to support customer inquiries. Perform other job-related duties as assigned to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone. Technology-driven with experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, PDF Editor, and phone systems. Document manipulation experience to efficiently manage and process customer orders. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain a high level of work product in often stressful situations. Ability to anticipate issues and circumvent them to ensure smooth operations. Ability to implement new processes and changes and improve performance. Typing speed of at least 55 wpm to efficiently manage customer inquiries.
