As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment. About Blithequark Blithequark is a strategic partner that utilizes data and intelligent automation to digitally transform operations and deliver outcomes for clients, reducing costs, streamlining workflows, and improving overall customer experience. With 22 years of healthcare experience, we specialize in extracting data from front office mailroom operations and have expanded our focus to target the entire healthcare operations value chain. Our comprehensive approach to image and document processing, using multiple engines and hundreds of thousands of lines of code, ensures accuracy and makes sense of data. We have also invested heavily in EDI interoperability, with clearinghouse capabilities that enable us to pivot towards providing value-added services. What You'll Be Doing As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, your principal responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images Identifying document types based on the provided documentation Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards Professionally interacting with other staff as needed Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes Working until all tasks are completed for the day Performing other basic office duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to multitask and move quickly Ability to stay focused and on-task High attention to detail while being efficient Quick learner, ability to follow basic or difficult instructions when needed Required to maintain confidentiality of client data Must be able to read and speak English WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or a related field Familiarity with healthcare operations and terminology Experience working in a remote environment What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a range of benefits, including: Top Benefits and Perks: A company culture that values teamwork, humility, and fairness A professional development and growth-oriented workplace Generous benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short-term, and long-term disability 401(k) with a company match to provide a better future in your retirement years Work-life balance with competitive paid time off package, including vacation, holiday, and a floating day Work Environment and Company Culture At Blithequark, we pride ourselves on our authentic and supportive company culture. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: $12 per hour Part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time preferred.
