Key Responsibilities: Product Familiarization and Support: Learn our software product thoroughly and provide top-notch support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions. Help Center Documentation: Contribute to creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive help center documentation to ensure users have easy access to information and resources. Product Testing and Feedback: Test the product regularly, identify any issues or areas for improvement, and report them to the development team to enhance the overall user experience. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product developments, industry trends, and best practices in customer support to continually improve your skills and knowledge. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Skills: Fluent English: Native-like English proficiency is crucial for effective communication with customers and for creating high-quality documentation. Software and Web Hosting Familiarity: Experience with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms is highly desirable. DNS Understanding: A basic understanding of how DNS works, including familiarity with setting up DNS records (CNAME, CAA, etc.), is a significant plus. Customer Support Experience: While not mandatory, previous experience in customer support, especially in the e-learning or software sectors, is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with E-Learning Platforms: Hands-on experience with online course platforms or learning management systems (LMS) is highly valued. Technical Skills: Familiarity with technical aspects of web hosting, DNS settings, and software troubleshooting is advantageous.
