As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving issues and delivering solutions that meet their needs. Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats in a positive and professional manner. Aid in all customer service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management. Typing at a minimum of 30-35 WPM. Up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, always scan mode. Suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation. Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and online. Provide competent assistance to customers, understanding the mechanics of the service. Flexible working hours and remote opportunities. Essential Qualifications Customer service experience: 1-2 years (Preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong typing skills (minimum 30-35 WPM). Up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, always scan mode. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing position. Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
