As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to maximize the value of our professional services spend * Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks * Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships * Analyzing bids and proposals to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements * Developing and executing negotiation strategies to achieve optimal contract terms * Managing post-award administration, including contract execution and performance monitoring * Ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices * Communicating and documenting key stakeholder relationships and decisions * Analyzing market trends and conditions to inform sourcing strategies and negotiations * Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need the following skills and qualifications: * 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional services sourcing experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels * Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and agreements * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability * Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, including RFP development and contract negotiation * Basic knowledge of legal terms and conditions, including boilerplate revisions and contract interpretation * Experience working with the legal department on contract negotiations and revisions * Ability to work in a team environment, with a high level of collaboration and communication * Internal client awareness, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of internal stakeholders * Ability to work in various environments, including remote and on-site settings * Ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional services sourcing experience, including experience with consulting and advisory services * Consulting or advisory experience, including experience with contract negotiation and management * Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends and conditions **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **What We Offer** As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our company.
