Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, investigating, and troubleshooting complex programming programs for improvements and new items. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for complex concept design through the full development life cycle, preparing and leading systems software tests, and mentoring others in less senior positions. Your expertise in cloud application development, customer support, and data entry will be essential in driving our business forward. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex programming programs for upgrades and new items Plan and lead systems software tests, requiring interacting and programming tests Mentor others in less senior positions and provide guidance on best practices Prepare and lead framework programming tests, including connecting and programming testing Report on different programming programs with flowcharts, perceptions, charts to ensure all clients have a full understanding through the development cycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, working with customer stories and acceptance criteria Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience building end-to-end solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency in source control tools like Git and experience using ADO Backend Specialists: experience with development using Java or Springboot Frontend Specialists: experience with development using React JS or Angular JS Comfort with database concepts and experience writing SQL in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL Open to working with cross-functional teams in a Lean environment and working with customer stories and acceptance criteria Willingness to learn and explore new technologies, large technology stack, and organize solutions through deeper research and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Active experience with writing production code for web applications Functional knowledge in front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML Expertise in React tools, including React.js, Webpack, Babel, Redux, and Transition Understanding of frontend studios like Storybook for building UI components and pages in isolation Knowledge of cloud computing principles and practices; experience with production applications in cloud environments, Azure and Kubernetes experience is preferred Understanding of key programming concepts like memory management, development strategies, API design, social engineering tactics, and distributed applications Experience with CI/CD tools like ADO, Jira, Jenkins, GitHub Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions Self-starter who can drive projects forward by filling in the gaps in Agile teams, from delivering complete, visible functionalities with excellent standards, through reviewing other Architects' code to contributing to design meetings Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
