Job Summary As a Product Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Client Investigation Center product strategy, ensuring that our internal customers have access to high-quality client insights and analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Interface, Data Adventures, and Marketing, to deliver top-notch client investigation solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and execution of the Client Investigation Center product strategy to enhance the quality and accessibility of client insights for internal customers. Define and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization, and timeline for the Client Investigation Center. Ensure that tools are built and scaled to meet the security and integrity needs of internal teams in analyzing client data and character. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and internal adoption of Client Insights Center. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in client digital identity, client analysis, data security, and privacy, and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Adventures, blithequark+, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality client investigation solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and client protection. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have a strong educational background and relevant work experience. The minimum requirements are: Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience in product management. Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or a related field. Preferred Qualifications We value candidates with advanced degrees and experience in product management, particularly those with a background in creating comprehensive digital experiences. The preferred qualifications include: Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating accessible products and services. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique combination of skills and competencies, including: Strong product management skills, with experience in defining and executing product strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify insights.
