As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing accurate and timely information to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls, providing accurate information, and assisting callers with their applications. You will also be required to follow a call script, provide follow-up and next steps, and adhere to company policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume inbound calls and provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers * Assist callers with information and status of their applications * Follow a call script and provide follow-up and next steps for callers * Provide excellent customer service and an effortless experience to callers * Multitask between several internal system programs * Follow company policies and procedures **Schedule** * 8am-10pm EST, Monday through Saturday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours and be available to work Saturdays) **What You Need** * 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS) * Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED * Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * HS Diploma/Equivalent **How You Will Succeed** * Healthcare experience is a plus but not required * Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors * Adhere to all company required KPI'S * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Active listening and problem-solving ability **Benefits and Perks** * $16/hr.
