About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Finance Manager to join our team in a remote work-from-home setting. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Key Responsibilities Led the development and implementation of complex cross-functional projects, working closely with the FP&A CC team, peer finance groups, and colleagues to create and deliver business cases and presentations. Owned, planned, and communicated complex analyses to support key business initiatives and decisions. Presented financial reports and analysis to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement. Led the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Quality Improvement Process (QIP) for Corporate G&A capabilities. Cultivated and maintained cross-functional relationships across the organization, working closely with FP&A CC teams and colleagues to drive business results. Developed and delivered training programs to colleagues and peers, sharing knowledge and best practices in financial planning and analysis. Requirements and Qualifications We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can lead our FP&A team to success. To be considered for this role, you'll need: At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and projects. 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and business development. 4+ years of experience in process improvement and change management. Proven track record of developing and delivering business cases and presentations to senior stakeholders. Essential Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team with multiple work streams and priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to project management and change management processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insights and recommendations.
