As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, ensuring seamless execution of software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals * Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/renovations) as a project team member * Remotely resolve and close demands using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-related issues * Record client interactions in episode management framework including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data relocation * Uphold remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations * Install and design local and network-based printers * Perform security support * Work various shifts, including on-call and travel as required * Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and methodology * Perform other duties as mentioned * Ventures, as required **All You'll Need for Success** * Least Capabilities: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training + Associate/Four-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience/preparation * 2 years' of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues * Should have firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Favored Capabilities: + A+ accreditation + MCSE/MCP or more + Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport climate * Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates: + General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Knowledge of workflow and with tagging frameworks + Knowledge of VPN network and ability to investigate issues + Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment + Should be able to lift at least 50 lbs **What You'll Get** * Take advantage of all that arenaflex has to offer: + Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll access your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay great.
