Key Responsibilities Data Management: Input, organize, and maintain accurate records in our company database, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information. Customer Order Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders, sales reports, and other vital information, ensuring seamless processing and timely fulfillment. Data Validation: Review and validate data for errors or discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to maintain high levels of accuracy. Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, fostering a culture of transparency and teamwork. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide insightful analysis on data trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Data Security: Ensure confidentiality and security of all data by adhering to established policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive information. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science) preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field; experience in the manufacturing industry or with industrial polymers a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data management systems like SAP or Salesforce highly valued. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and validation. Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with industrial polymers, is highly preferred. Data Management Expertise: Knowledge of data management systems, such as SAP or Salesforce, is a plus; experience with data analytics and reporting tools highly valued. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES), are an asset.
