Disney's Direct to Consumer (DTC) business is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help us navigate the ever-changing landscape of the streaming industry. About the Team Our team is a collaborative and innovative group of data enthusiasts who are passionate about using data to tell stories that drive business outcomes. We work closely with cross-functional teams across the DTC organization, including Product, Marketing, and Finance, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets Creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Building and maintaining functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide self-serve analytics to stakeholders Developing and maintaining data models and data governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge Essential Capabilities To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or R Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Capabilities While not required, the following capabilities would be a plus: Experience working in the streaming media industry or with direct-to-consumer businesses Experience developing and maintaining data stories that are communicated to key stakeholders Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) techniques What We Offer As a Full Stack Data Analyst with Disney's DTC business, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of data enthusiasts who are passionate about using data to drive business growth. Compensation and Benefits The base salary for this role is $98,000 to $131,300 per year, depending on location and experience.
