Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform product development and business strategies Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to drive data-driven decision-making Design and implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes to support business intelligence and analytics Work with data stewards and engineering teams to aggregate and process data from various sources Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with large datasets and complex data systems Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse Analytics Familiarity with data quality and integrity tools such as Google DataPlex, Collibra, or SAS Data Management Experience with machine learning models and statistical analysis Knowledge of retail or e-commerce industry trends and dynamics Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we are committed to helping our partners grow and develop their skills.
