**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center**

Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Connecting with potential clients through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and guiding them through the process * Handling a high volume of calls, with an average of 40-50 connections per day, and identifying 1-5 potential clients who may qualify for compensation * Multitasking, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows simultaneously * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues **What We're Looking For** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and a competitive spirit, we want to hear from you! We're looking for someone who is: * Competitive and driven to achieve results * Excellent at multitasking and handling high-pressure situations * Strong in customer service and sales-focused environments * Able to work 40+ hours a week and maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace * Proficient in using phone software, CRM systems, and other technical tools * Willing to participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge and skills **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must: * Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) * Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * Use a reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (average price is $20-$30) * Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles * Possess 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to $33.00+/hour, including commissions and bonuses (total compensation up to $70,000+) * Comprehensive health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of like-minded individuals **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we prioritize a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and growth.
