Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and customers via phone, email, and written correspondence. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our plans, products, and services. Key Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and written correspondence Provide information about our plans, products, and services, and answer questions about member benefits and coverage Guide members through their plan of benefits, Blithequark policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Build trust and rapport with members, establishing a personal connection and understanding their unique needs and preferences Anticipate member needs and provide proactive solutions, including offering additional resources and support Utilize our customer service platform to resolve member issues and escalate complex issues to senior representatives as needed Process claims references, new case handoffs, and other requests in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including clinical and operational teams, to resolve member issues and improve our services Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, business) 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and resolve them efficiently Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and workflows Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts, including medical terminology and insurance coverage Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., HDI, ICMI) Bilingual or multilingual skills What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
