Our mission is to simplify the complex process of finding and enrolling in health insurance, and we're committed to building a team of talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping individuals navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure seamless communication across all channels. **Responsibilities** * Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance on health insurance options and enrollment processes * Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and other communication channels * Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing projects and updates as needed * Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions * Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards * Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times **Qualifications** * 18 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience in CRM systems and practices * High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing software applications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period * Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period * Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required * NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites * NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer support or technical support role * Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act * Previous experience in a Call Center environment * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** * Paid Training and Certification Program * Full-Time, Seasonal role with performance and attendance-based incentives * The convenience of working from home, with a collaborative and supportive team environment * 401K Match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) * Paid time off (PTO) * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a team of dedicated professionals **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
