As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and contributing to our mission of providing world-class financial services. **Key Responsibilities** As a 3rd shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, and chats to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements, ensuring a positive and professional experience. * Documenting all client interactions and transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of data integrity for future reference. * Utilizing basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions. * Communicating effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all verbal interactions, and maintaining sensitivity, tact, and professionalism under all circumstances. * Adhering strictly to legal and company guidelines, enhancing the integrity and operation of our services. * Processing payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. * Evaluating loan applications using detailed analysis through advanced software tools to determine applicant eligibility. * Keeping clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations. * Staying informed of the latest trends and updates in financial services to enhance client interaction and service delivery. * Multi-tasking effectively, managing conversations and documentation simultaneously. **Required Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication, with a proven ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications. * High school diploma or GED; further education or certification in financial services is a plus. **Preferred Skills** While not required, experience in a financial service environment, especially in loan processing or customer service, is highly desirable. Additionally, advanced technical skills, including cloud-based systems and multiple banking software, will be beneficial in this role. **Working Conditions** This role requires sitting and operating a computer for extended periods. The position is remote, following a one-week onsite training session during standard business hours.
