Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, assisting in product selection and suggesting alternatives and options where applicable. Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges, collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service, staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner, following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols. Essential Qualifications Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Experience in digital threat intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, with a strong understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas. US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI inside a functional climate, supporting checking, recognition, and reaction abilities. Comprehension of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the capacity to prompt and guide new CTI colleagues. Capacity to correspond crude insight from sensors, occurrence reaction commitment, and different sources into reports and briefings. Capacity to introduce composed or verbal data to specialized and non-specialized crowds. Capacity to take mind-boggling, uncertain points, construct procedures, and impact partners. A fantastic cooperative person with the capacity to work in speedy and constantly evolving conditions.
