We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to join our team and help us lead the way in providing exceptional service to our premium clients. About the Role We are looking for a Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to provide top-notch support to our premium clients, including Card Members visiting our Centurion Lounge located in the IAH Airport. As a Chat Professional, you will be the face of blithequark, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering personalized services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at the lounge Take ownership and responsibility for the client's experience from start to finish Create innovative solutions to address clients' issues or concerns, ultimately building brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates Utilize a Client's First mindset in addressing clients' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations Offer travel advice and seamless reservation assistance Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year recent experience handling premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience Passion for delivering client-centric solutions with a proactive approach Excellent interpersonal skills, charming clients with every interaction Ability to listen to clients' needs and propose tailored recommendations, resulting in high client satisfaction Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions Ability to rely on and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing Card Members' experiences Proficiency in using technology platforms and adapting to changing environments Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific tasks Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a client-facing environment Knowledge of travel industry trends and developments Certification in customer service or a related field What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive hourly rate ($20-$30 per hour) Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Why Join blithequark?
