This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with end-users, supporting the setup of their organization and user credentials as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project. Job Summary As a Full Stack Application Administrator at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our divisions by working a flexible shift that aligns with their operational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include manual data entry to build organizations and users in our Link application, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients (doctors, nurses, etc.) to our new application. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in application administration, customer service, and data entry, all while contributing to a critical business project. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks to manually build organizations and users in the Link application as part of our Beacon-to-Link migration project. Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, assisting them in setting up their organization and user credentials. Work collaboratively with our development team to ensure accurate and efficient data migration. Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Participate in shifts that support our divisions, which may include 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM EST. Utilize your excellent command of the English language, with the added benefit of being bilingual (English and Spanish). Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to perform administrative tasks. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (greater than 40 wpm). Excellent command of the English language; bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Reliable internet connection. Any tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience will be considered a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in application administration or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
