Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Entry-Level Forwarding Account Representative to join our team immediately. This role is responsible for assisting banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. As an office-based position, you will not be required to perform any field work. This is not a collections or sales job, but you will have regular communication with the banks and the agents in the field. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, or evaluate information from a variety of sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software. Use various location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software). Work closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities. Manage the repossession process for bank clients. Work closely with bank employees. Proactively monitor accounts and address a variety of issues. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory. Strong communication skills. Experience interacting with business clients via phone/email. Strong attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Punctual with good attendance is a must. Must have superior phone skills and a friendly demeanor. Must pass a criminal background check and drug test. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: Previous experience in a similar role or industry. Knowledge of skip tracing and location services. Experience working with databases and software packages.
