As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and organizing data in our proprietary systems. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Enter and update shipment and package data into FedEx's proprietary systems with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data entered, ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve any issues or concerns related to data entry. Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and procedures. Productivity and Quality: Meet productivity targets and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality in data entry tasks. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment. Previous Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
