Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting any inconsistencies, to ensure the integrity and reliability of our data systems. Organizing and maintaining electronic files or physical records as needed, to support data retrieval and compliance requirements. Performing regular backups of important data to ensure its safety and security, and minimizing the risk of data loss or corruption. Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information by following established protocols and maintaining the highest standards of data security and integrity. Collaborating with team members to verify accuracy of entered data, and providing support and assistance as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our data systems. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification required, with additional certifications in a relevant field being a definite plus. Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required, as this is an entry-level position with opportunities for training and development. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in data entry and typing, with a high level of accuracy and speed.
