**Experienced Data Entry Associate – Remote Healthcare Claims Processing**

We offer a culture that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering, where you can grow and thrive in your career. • *Job Summary** As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing them in a format provided by blithequark, and ensuring high accuracy in data entry. You will work closely with our team to meet keystrokes per hour (KSPH) and words per minute (WPM) targets, while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work one of the assigned shifts, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 2 pm CST, 11 am to 7 pm CST, or 2 pm to 10 pm CST. • *Key Responsibilities** • Capture and validate complex data, including image classification and indexing • Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required • Verify data from automated data extraction tools • Utilize various systems to work on assigned tasks • Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to do the work • Work within established procedures and practices • Work under close supervision • *Requirements** • Must be able to type at least 45+ WPM with high accuracy • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rate • Maintain or exceed 4,000 KSPH for numeric and 2,500 KSPH alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate • Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred • Experience working through VPN connection • Must be at least 18 years of age or older • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings • *Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in data entry or a related field • Familiarity with medical claims form processing • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • *Skills and Competencies** • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research • *Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, based on business need.
